What counts as a "call"?
Every inbound call that FirstRing answers counts as one call, regardless of duration. If a caller hangs up before the AI answers, it doesn't count.
What happens if I exceed my call limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you go over, calls still get answered but you'll be charged $0.50 per additional call. You can upgrade your plan anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your billing page and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes. Sign up, tell us your business type, hours, and services. FirstRing starts answering calls immediately. No hardware or phone system changes needed.
Does it work with my existing phone number?
Yes. We provide a forwarding number that you set as your phone's "forward when unavailable" destination. Your customers call your normal number and FirstRing picks up when you can't.
